One product, three prices, three disconnected checkouts
A funnel rebuild for a coach with 711,000 followers, where the same course was quietly selling at two different prices.

The situation
Harvey coaches football skills to a following of around 711,700 across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
The site was on Framer, and the same course was on sale at $97 and at $197 through three separate payment links that didn't know about each other.
There was no lead magnet, so the only two options a visitor had were buy now or leave.
What got built
- The sales pages rebuilt, with the price declared in one place and the server working out what to charge. A browser claiming a different number gets charged the real one.
- Card details entered on his own site, with a one-tap upsell after purchase that doesn't ask for the card again.
- A free guide page, so the people who aren't ready to buy still become someone we can email.
- An audience dashboard measuring the real follower count. The previous audit had recorded 134,300 because it had written off Instagram and TikTok as unscrapable, which is where two thirds of the audience actually is.
Built and on staging. Waiting on the client to switch the domain.
