The situation
Two football clubs, an academy, a tournament, social leagues, a gymnastics club, a print shop and a venue, each running on a different piece of rented software.
Ten years of registration and payment history sat inside a platform the organisation wanted to leave, and nobody could answer how many nine-year-olds were enrolled.
What got built
- One system covering registrations and payments, contracts and signing, email and text marketing, staff messaging, task tracking, warehouse stock, the vehicle fleet, hiring and a searchable knowledge base.
- A decade of history migrated in and reconciled against the source before the old platform was touched.
- Brand websites for each of the ten businesses, plus four streaming platforms and the search migration that recovered ten years of ranking on the main club domain.
